DUPE DUPE!

i know there was quite a lot of hype around this perfume when it was first released but i could never find it then i just completely forgot about it.. UNTIL a few weeks ago. i thought i could smell chanel coco mademoiselle lingering around the office but upon further investigation found out it was actually suddenly madame glamour - the £3.99 perfume from lidl.

i was in london at the weekend and on saturday night seb dragged me into lidl (then questioned why it was so dead.. because it was saturday night.. and we were in lidl..) and whilst he was looking at rubbish i went searching for THE perfume. and (seb) found it.

it's actually insane how identical this is to coco mademoiselle and in a blind test 90% of 150 women actually preferred this! i never tend to post about dupes or even seek them out because i do find with most things you get what you pay for but this is one exception. this perfume actually lasts longer on my skin than any high end brand i've used and it's basically amazing. if you're like me and hate using mega expensive perfume for general every day then this really is a brilliant alternative without breaking the bank and still smelling like you can afford to douse yourself in chanel.

i'm just really glad it's the weekend! i'm really conscious that i spend most of my life wishing away monday-friday though.. should probably try and figure that one out! anyway you can't see from these photos but the skirt has the cutest buttons all the way down the front! i like them because they're all different so when i (obviously) lose one it won't matter what i replace it with! always thinking ahead me!

spending my morning watching a taylor swift concert on mtv before i go get my hair cut and possibly coloured, might go back dark brown! i'm so tempted to cut it off and get a bob but everyone says i'll regret it and i probably will. i don't even know why i'm going really i know i'll just end up getting a fringe trim or something equally boring!

i can't even think of anything else i want to say i'm too distracted by taylor and her gold dress with tassels dancing around my tv. I WISH I WAS TAYLOR SWIFT.

so we all know i'm a crazy pug lady and now i've reached the point of showing it through the medium of PUG CLOTHING. my friend actually bought me this jumper for christmas a year or two ago and i've only recently started wearing it, because i'm finally ready to embrace that i am one of 'those' people. you know what i mean.

hope everyone had a good bank holiday weekend? i drank cocktails out of teapot on sunday and it felt so weird being hungover on a monday! my brain can't deal with it being tuesday today either. at least it's a short week at work i suppose!

i was a bit hesitant about posting this because i feel like it's a skinny girl outfit and i am definitely not a skinny girl.. but yolo. (i didn't know how to finish that sentence, clearly)

i bought this top when river island were doing 20% student discount, i just wanted to buy something to be honest but i really like it! i think i've worn stripes every day this week along with 90% of my office.. very weird.

don't have a lot else to say really! i'm going to see some drag queens tomorrow night with work which i'm excited about! not really sure what to wear.. not that i'd ever be able to compete with any of their outfits!

HIYA! this is what i wore at the weekend teamed with some black wedges to party with two of my favourite people in the entire world. i had such a wonderful weekend even though i don't remember half of it! too.much.wine. friday was an all staff event at work in a local comedy club, which somehow turned into me stumbling home at ridiculous oclock in the morning. saturday night wasn't much different except i actually remember getting home! oops.

i found this dress in the sale for a grand total of £17 and i bought it because i couldn't find anything else really. i do quite like it though and it matches my new book bag amazingly well! i never usually match anything but i'm really enjoying matching nails, dress and bag combos at the moment.. not sure if i'm alone in this?!
