How fast can i get my macarons?
Orders placed through the Order Now menu are available for same-day pickup or local delivery, typically within 30–60 minutes depending on volume and location.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery through our delivery partner. You’ll see delivery options and fees at checkout.
What if I have a request or allergy concern?
Use the special instructions box at checkout to note any requests. For allergy-related questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order—we’re happy to help!
Are macarons gluten-free?
Well Yes unless noted otherwise. Most of our macarons are gluten-free and made with premium nut flours. However, they are not certified gluten-free but are make of gluten free ingredients. Double Trouble , our Cookies & Cream insanely delish and customer favorite does contain gluten.
Can I choose specific flavors?
Yes! Our Macaron Boxes and Custom Boxes offer flavor selection , just let us know how many of each in the special request box at checkout as our current website has limitation. Only Chef Selection has exactly that, our selection for you. Still you can note your preferences in special request box.

Can I schedule my order ahead of time?
Yes! You can schedule your pickup or delivery for later the same day. If you’re planning further in advance—or need custom options—check out our Pre-Order menu for more flexibility.
How far in advance should I place a custom order?
We recommend at least 24 hours for smaller orders ( up to 24 cookies). For larger or highly customized orders custom flavors, please give us 2–5 days' notice to ensure availability and printing time. Feel free to give us a call and discuss realistic timeline.
What types of customization do you offer?
We offer custom flavors, shell colors, printed messages on macarons, round branded stickers, printed cards, and gift bows with or without tags. You can also build full favor packs with 1–3 macarons each. Let us know your vision—we love bringing custom ideas to life!
Can I request a custom flavor or shell color?
Yes! We welcome custom flavor and color ideas. Custom flavors require a minimum of 6 macarons. Describe your request in the checkout notes—we’ll confirm what’s possible based on your timeline.
Can I print a message or design on the macarons?
Yes! We offer direct edible printing on macaron shells—perfect for names, messages, logos, or special designs. Just upload your image or describe what you'd like in the custom order section.
Do you offer custom favors for events?
Absolutely! We offer 1-, 2-, and 3-macaron favor packs perfect for weddings, christenings, birthdays, or client gifts. You can request custom flavors, shell colors, printed macarons, stickers, bows, and tags. Minimum quantities apply depending on pack size.
Can I just order macarons and package them myself?
Yes—you can order individual macarons and assemble your own favors. We don’t supply packaging in this case, but you're welcome to request custom prints on the macarons if you'd like a personal touch.
